Easy Shakshouka recipe





 
Cast Iron Chicken Parmesan
 

 
Ingredients:
 

3 eggs
1 can tomatoes
3 spoons olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
chillies, chopped
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
coriander
coriander

 
Preparation:
 

Fry the chopped onion on medium heat and after it softens, add the chopped garlic and the chillies and fry until the onion becomes translucent. Pour in the canned tomatoes, season with salt, black pepper and a teaspoon of sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes then crack the 3 eggs on top, close the lid and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with coriander.
