For the base:
6 medium-sized leaves crisp lettuce
2 small apple
2 tbsp scallions
6 slices of turkey breast
For the sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp white vinegar
Seasonings: salt, ajinomoto and black pepper
Wash and dry well all of your fresh produce.
Chop the lettuce leaves and slice the apples and shallots.
Mix them in a bowl and add the turkey breast.
In another bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients and mix well until they are well combined.
Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.
